Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

Provide all work and labor for improvements of an existing sports field and recreation facility including: demolition and removal of existing structures, paved and unpaved parking areas, puttputt area, underground irrigation system, underground water and sewer services, and existing site lighting system; installation of new paved and unpaved parking areas, new irrigation system with well, new water and sanitary sewer services, new underground storm sewer, new site sidewalks, asphalt entrance road realignment, site and field grading, and site and field landscaping; installation of new sports field lighting system, lighting poles, fixtures, circuits, and controls for the new parking lot lighting systems, and all panels and feeders shown on the electrical drawings. The Work shall also include all cleaning associated with the construction of the project. The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, construction equipment, fuel, and materials required for the successful completion of the project. All Work shall conform to the Plans.
