The work to be done includes the removal and disposal of the existing entry deck and handicap ramp & related framing, decking & handrail features. The work shall also include all the work, efforts & activities required to construct a new CMU Stem Wall & Concrete Porch Deck and Concrete HC Ramp. The Contractor shall also be required to develop and submit the drawings, exhibits, & design data required to obtain the necessary building permits, in accordance with applicable State, County & City Building Code Requirements. The City is not liable for any cost incurred by vendors in the preparation of this bid.
