Description

Site work and paving for a residential development in Saint Marys, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a 990-unit residential development.

The City of St. Marys Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified transportation engineering firms to conduct a Traffic Impact Study for the Commerce Park area. The study will evaluate present and projected traffic conditions at key intersections and roadways, and assess the impact of a proposed 990-unit residential development. The study should use a planning horizon year of 2031. Proposals must be submitted as one unbound, printed and signed original, accompanied by one digital copy on a flash drive, along with supporting documents. All responses must relate to the provided specifications. Proposals not received by the deadline or not properly marked will not be considered. Neither faxed nor email submissions will be accepted. Bidders are required to email business and contact details, as well as the project name, to the Purchasing Coordinator in order to be placed on the Plan holders List, which is necessary to receive addenda. The contract will be awarded based on qualifications and price, with selection based on demonstrated expertise, relevant experience, and understanding of the project scope.
