Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the name of St-Michel Primary School: Adapted playground; addressed to the Material Resources Department of the Centre de services scolaire des Decouvreurs, will be received at 100-945 Wolfe Avenue in Quebec City on Thursday, 19 March 2026, at 2:00 p.m., to be opened publicly at the same location, on the same day and at the same time. Bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque for 10% of the bid amount, made payable to the owner, the Decouvreurs School Board, or a bid bond for the same amount, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of bids.
