The project requests qualified vendors to provide and install furnishings for City Hall, using City-provided furniture layout floor plans and generalized furniture product lists by floor as the basis for proposals. Vendors are to submit a complete proposal and full quote for all furniture and seating included in the scope. The vendor selected will be responsible for reviewing City-provided floor plans and furniture layouts; reviewing generalized furniture and seating lists by floor; selecting appropriate furniture products that meet the intent of the layouts; submitting a complete, itemized quote for all furniture and seating; identifying materials, finishes, and construction methods; coordinating ordering, delivery, and installation; and replacing or correcting damaged or incorrect items, if applicable. Proposed products should align with the quantities, functions, and intent shown in the provided materials. Proposals should include a complete itemized price proposal, product specifications, material descriptions, construction details, cut sheets or documentation as available, any deviations or substitutions from the provided lists, warranty information, photographs of similar projects, and references from relevant projects. Proposals are to be submitted electronically in PDF format.
