Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laurel, Maryland. Design plans call for the renovation of a office development; and laboratory facility.
The Contractor shall perform architectural and engineering services for the existing WSSC Office buildings, depots, laboratories and other occupied vertical facilities. These services include planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration for small- to medium-scale projects at various WSSC facilities on an as-needed basis. The purpose is to support WSSC Strategic Priorities and Capital Improvements Projects objectives. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal prior to the indicated deadline. Late responses will not be accepted. Question Submission Deadline: March 16, 2026, 2:00pm As of June 10, 2026, the project is currently under evaluation stage. A short-listed firms has not been released. A design firm selection has not been disclosed.
