SCOPE OF WORK Dirt Roads: The work consists of complete sitework and traffic control, including, but not limited to: clearing and grubbing, demolition, unclassified excavation, borrow excavation, subbase, earthbase, and aggregate base courses, hot mix asphalt, pavement markings, signage, storm drainage piping and structures, grassing and erosion controlmeasureslocated within Richland County: Amick Lane Brown Road Ravenbrook Road Wayne McCaw Road Nature Trail, Phase 1 Richland County is located in the center of South Carolina and covers a total area of 756 square miles. The County surrounds the state capital city of Columbia, which is also the County seat. The County employs approximately 1765 people and operates a general fund budget in excess of $100 million dollars.
