Renovation of a laboratory facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
PROJECT NAME:GRSC Mechanical Upgrades Project scope includes retrofitting an existing automatic transfer switch with a new switch. Project also includes providing a temporary portable generator set to power the transfer switch's load while the transfer switch is being retrofitted. Bidders shall submit bids in accordance with Hand-Delivery or Mail Service only. Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Bidders must obtain Bidding Documents/Plans from the listed source to be considered an official plan holder. Bidders relying on documents from other sources do so at their own risk. All written communications with official plan holders and bidders will be via email or website posting. The agency will not accept bids sent via email. All questions and correspondence concerning this invitation shall be addressed to the Architect/Engineer as listed.
