Reference Number 0000413972 Bid Intent Not Available The Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority (WMUA) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide sewer lateral removal and replacement services throughout the WMUA service area. The purpose of this project is to establish a two-year, unit-price service contract for the removal and replacement of deteriorated or failed sewer laterals at residential properties.
