The project scope includes the removal of existing shower units and installation of new owner provided shower units. Work includes minor quantities of sheetrock removal and replacement as necessary to access plumbing lines. The Base Bid includes 27 shower enclosures, and Alternate #1 includes 8 shower enclosures. Bids must be submitted electronically through the owner's bidding module or delivered to the specified address. Bid sets must be obtained via the provided project portal link; no paper copies will be issued. There is a three percent (3%) Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises participation goal. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids. Plans and Spec are for Viewing ONLY. Contractors must obtain sets directly from Owner and be placed on the Plan Holders List to be eligible to bid.
