Question Deadline 03/24/2026 SCOPE OF WORK a. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on the Drawings and specified herein. b. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may not be specifically mentioned. c. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of replacing four (4) owner provided boilers serving the Geothermal Plant at Straumanis-James Hall. Includes piping connection modification, new flue and intake. (2) Demolition of boilers, pads, intake duct, flue vent, gas piping, condensate piping, electrical, controls, and relief piping completed by Owner, Prior to construction. (3) Mechanical work shall consist of setting four Clever Brooks CFC boilers provided by Owner. Pour housekeeping pads for the boilers. Connect supply return, and gas piping. Install new flue and vent to boilers. (4) Electrical work completed by Owner.
