Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Rolla, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
For the demolition and cleanup of eight (8) structures / sites. Bids must be submitted on a form supplied by the Planning Services Division at City Hall, Location: 1536 Big Bend Road Scope of Work: 1. Remove all foundations, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways (excluding driveway and public sidewalk). 2. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 3. Deposit clean fill and grade site. 4. Apply grass seed and straw to site. Location: 262 East Cape Rock Drive cope of Work: 1. Remove all foundations, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways (excluding driveway). 2. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 3. Deposit clean fill and grade site. 4. Apply grass seed and straw to site. Location: 715 Elm Street Scope of Work: 1. Remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations. 2. Completely demolish and remove one-story single-family residence with basement. 3. Remove all foundations, retaining walls, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways. 4. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 5. Deposit clean fill and grade site. 6. Apply grass seed and straw to site. Location: 620 South Henderson Avenue Scope of Work: 1. Remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations. 2. Completely demolish and remove one-story single-family residence with crawlspace. 3. Remove all foundations, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways. 4. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 5. Deposit clean fill and grade site. 6. Apply grass seed and straw to site Location: 919 Big Bend Road Scope of Work: 1. Remove vegetation around structure. 2. Remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations. 3. Completely demolish and remove one-and-a-half story single-family residence with basement. 4. Remove all foundations, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways (excluding driveway). 5. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 6. Deposit clean fill and grade site. 7. Apply grass seed and straw to site. Location: 1231 South Pacific Street Scope of Work: 1. Remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations. 2. Completely demolish and remove one-story single-family residence with crawlspace. 3. Remove all foundations, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways. 4. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 5. Deposit clean fill and grade site. 6. Apply grass seed and straw to site. Location: 1210 South Benton Street Scope of Work: 1. Remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations. 2. Completely demolish and remove one-story single-family residence with crawlspace and detached garage. 3. Remove all foundations, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways (excluding driveway apron) 4. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 5. Deposit clean fill and grade site. 6. Apply grass seed and straw to site. Location: 623 South Henderson Avenue Scope of Work: 1. Remove metal gate and wire fence; wood board fence to remain. 2. Remove vegetation around structure. 3. Remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations. 4. Completely demolish and remove one-and-a-half story single-family residence with crawlspace and detached accessory structures. 5. Remove all foundations, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways. 6. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 7. Deposit clean fill and grade site. 8. Apply grass seed and straw to site.
