River City Construction, LLC is the Construction Manager at Risk for the Missouri S&T Bioplex project. The project includes approximately 105,000 square feet of new building, site work, and landscaping, and will be connected to the existing Bertelsmeyer Hall via a connector bridge. The building will include a vivarium, laboratory space, offices, and classrooms. The Bioplex will complete Missouri S&T's master planned arrival court.
