This is an open-end contract for surface mounted tubular markers and replacement components for the Traffic Engineering Division. Bids must be submitted using one of the following methods: upload to OASIS, hand delivery, mail in hard copy, or fax. Email bids are not accepted. Vendors must ensure they download all necessary information, including the complete solicitation and pricing pages, and must sign the required pages. In order to be awarded the contract, vendors must be registered with the WV State Purchasing Division and be compliant with requirements from several agencies, such as the WVSOS, Tax Department, Worker's Compensation, and Unemployment Insurance. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the provided contact email prior to the question period deadline as outlined in the instructions to vendors submitting bids. Products will be invoiced and shipped to various agency locations as indicated by each order.
