To establish a firm Price Agreement for Commercial Ground Maintenance Services with firm pricing through December 31, 2026, with a possible option to renew, at the City's discretion, for three additional 12-month periods from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. Bids must be submitted as one signed original PDF to the specified email address with the IFB number in the subject line. All supplemental documentation must be included. Bidders must use the provided bid form, as none other will be accepted, and legible information must be provided in the spaces indicated. Bids are to include all shipping costs to the point of delivery. All relevant laws regarding competitive bidding and conflict of interest apply. Federal excise taxes and state sales taxes do not apply. Bidders must state manufacturer and model number of all items bid and submit descriptive literature. A current W-9 and Vendor Application form must be on file before any Purchase Order or contract is awarded. An Affirmative Action Assurance form must be submitted promptly to the Human Relations Council. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, accept parts of bids, and all multi-year orders are contingent on funds being available in succeeding years.
