The work involves HMA paving, concrete curb and gutter, permanent signing, flashing beacons, traffic control, and turf restoration. The project may require traffic regulator operations and maintaining two-way traffic during construction. Zero unit prices and labor are allowed, but negative unit prices and labor are not. The entire project must be completed on or before the final project completion date of May 21, 2026 The Contractor shall prepare and submit a complete, detailed, signed Progress Schedule to the Engineer.
