**As of April 17, 2026, the project was awarded to Carley Construction, with an awarded amount of $836,317.80.** The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for the Mid America Center Parking Lots Phase 6 project. The major items of work include approximately 11,938 SY of pavement removal and 11,921 SY of 7-inch PCC pavement. Work on the proposed project shall commence after written Notice to Proceed is issued or upon receipt of a signed contract and must be completed on or before October 31, 2026. Work is not to begin prior to June 9, 2026, and must be finished within 8 weeks of mobilization. Question Cut Off Date: 3/5/2026 05:00:00 PM (CT) The City will only accept electronic bid submissions through IonWave by the deadline listed for this solicitation. Hard copy submissions will not be considered. Any late or incomplete submissions will be automatically rejected. Each respondent is responsible for ensuring their submission is complete and received by the deadline. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions for this reason.
