Site work for a water / sewer project in Metaline Falls, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the complete removal and off-site disposal of the existing swim dock at Sullivan Lake Campground in accordance with Washington State regulations, and for furnishing, transporting, and anchoring a new swim dock designed for seasonal water level fluctuations and high-wind conditions. The new dock must have dimensions of minimum 15x15 to maximum 16x16, a marine-grade aluminum or galvanized steel frame with encapsulated foam flotation, non-slip composite decking (light grey or cedar tone) with black dock edging, a 4-to-5 step detachable swim ladder, flush coupling systems with rubber covers if delivered in sections, a flexible chain fastener anchoring system for a rocky or sandy bottom (approximately 30 ft depth) capable of withstanding peak wind events, solar-powered LED lights on each corner, and a freeboard of 12 to 18 under dead load.
