Project has been cancelled C-26-002 Replacement of Golf Course Irrigation Pumping Stations at Rockleigh GC, Valley Brook GC, Soldier Hill GC, Overpeck GC. Bidders must submit sealed bids electronically through the E-Procurement platform. Bidder shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) and Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized in New Jersey. An electronic bid bond is acceptable; for a cashier's or certified check used as a guarantee, an image must be included in the electronic submission, with the physical check delivered to Bergen County Division of Purchasing, 3rd Floor, Rm #370, in a sealed envelope clearly marked as part of the bid response, to be received no later than the deadline and opened no earlier than the deadline. All other documents must be submitted electronically. Bidders must comply with New Jersey statutory requirements, including those of N.J.S.A 10:5-31, N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq., N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37, and 34:11-56.38 of the Prevailing Wage Act.
