Description

Site work for a development in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The project consists of excavation, placement of amended soil, invasive species management, native species planting, seeding, and associated work at the basin. All bid proposals must be properly executed in ink without alterations, be complete, and must be submitted on forms provided by Lower Allen Township, accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the bid, payable to Lower Allen Township. Instructions, Specifications, and Bid Forms are available at the Township Municipal Building during office hours. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies, and the contract is subject to conditions and laws including: The PA Prevailing Wage Act, Commonwealth Contracts provisions, OSHA 1970, Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002, Pennsylvania One Call Act, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222, non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive defects or irregularities as deemed in the best interest of the Township.
