Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Additions and renovations to Allen Middle School at 4225 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Sealed proposals are requested for the following Prime Base Bids: General Construction Work, Plumbing Work, Mechanical Work (HVAC), Electrical Work, and Civil Work. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bid. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date established for receipt of bids. No cash allowances are included in the project. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Digital bidding documents are available from the Architect. Only documents obtained from the Architect are valid for bidding. Pre-Bid Meeting 06/09/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Allen Middle School - West Shore School District Rear Entrance at 4225 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011 Question Deadline 06/23/2026 Address all communications regarding this Work to the Architect. A. Bidders may visit the site only when a scheduled appointment has been made with the Owner.
