The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for the installation of one (1) destratification fan and two (2) mini-split heat pump systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. All work must comply with the terms, conditions, and requirements of the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions must be emailed with the specified subject line. Bidders are responsible for assessing local conditions and accurately measuring the area for bid preparation. Contractors may schedule a worksite visit but are not required to do so and assume risk if they do not. No price adjustments are allowed after proposal submission; contractors must consider cost fluctuations and material logistics when bidding. The prime contractor must possess a type B - General Building Contractor license and/or C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license.
