The Housing Authority of the City of Westwego is soliciting competitive proposals to perform electrical work. Respondents must be Contractors licensed by the Louisiana State Licensing Board with a license classification in Building Construction, Residential Construction, or Electrical work. Each proposal should demonstrate the Respondent's capacity and readiness to perform the Scope of Services immediately upon execution of a Contract, and include previous experience and qualifications for providing such services. The successful Respondent(s) will enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to perform required services on an on-call basis, covering labor and materials, for the administration of three hundred units of housing in 137 single-story residential buildings. The WHA will issue Task Orders on an as-needed basis. Proposals must be submitted in three sets (one original and two copies) in a sealed envelope marked as required, following all included instructions. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to waive informalities if in the public interest.
