Completely tear down the entire dwelling at 1458 W Cato Springs Rd. Haul all contents inside the structure(s), debris from the structure(s), and other debris from the parcel to a legal landfill. All concrete associated with the structure(s), including footings and slabs, shall be removed from the lot. Mow and clean up parcel. Provide proof, such as receipts, that debris was hauled to a legal landfill. Consider all waste diversion methods for collected materials. Any methods of disposal, other than a legal landfill, must be deemed acceptable by the city prior to bid submittal. The yard shall be semi-level and mow-able when demolition work is completed and before payment is made. Responsible for capping wells, utilities, and any requirements related to the demolition permit. Obtain a Demolition Permit from the City of Fayetteville before work begins. Provide proof of no less than $250,000 liability insurance before work begins. State Contractor License required. A City Business License is required if the business is located within the city limits of Fayetteville. If the situation is resolved by the property owner during the 30 day notice and comment period, bids may be considered null and void.
