The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, and all other items necessary for the completion of the FY 24/25 Citywide Street Resurfacing Project and FY 25/26 Citywide Alley Resurfacing Project. The project scope consists of demolition and removals; clearing and grubbing; utility adjustments; grind and overlay asphalt pavement, and reconstruction; reconstruction of alley intersections; curb, gutter, and sidewalk repairs; removing and replacing concrete longitudinal gutters; cross gutter reconstruction; ADA curb ramp reconstruction; driveway reconstruction; pavement restriping; and all appurtenant work. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
