Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stanton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, and all other items necessary for the completion of the FY 24/25 Citywide Street Resurfacing Project and FY 25/26 Citywide Alley Resurfacing Project. The project scope consists of demolition and removals; clearing and grubbing; utility adjustments; grind and overlay asphalt pavement, and reconstruction; reconstruction of alley intersections; curb, gutter, and sidewalk repairs; removing and replacing concrete longitudinal gutters; cross gutter reconstruction; ADA curb ramp reconstruction; driveway reconstruction; pavement restriping; and all appurtenant work. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after the Bid opening date. Bids must be submitted on the City's Bid Forms as hardcopies. Contractors need not purchase a hard copy set of plans from the City. To the extent required by section 20103.7 of the Public Contract Code, upon request from a contractor plan room service, the City shall provide an electronic copy of the Contract at no charge to the contractor plan room. Bidders who do not have access to the platforms listed above, can request a hard copy of Bid Forms and Contract Documents by notifying the City via email at publicworks@stantonca.gov two (2) days in advance. Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the City, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to City of Stanton as Bid Guarantee. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Each bond shall be in the forms set forth herein, shall be secured from a surety company that meets all State of California bonding requirements, as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, and that is a California admitted surety insurer.
