There are 4 locations at the Modesto Police Department that need roof repairs. The repairs and service include removing all debris from the roof, sealing all roof penetrations including roof drains and overflows, air conditioning units and ventilators; ensuring all roof drains are functioning properly and are free of clogs; cleaning and sealing all second-story rain gutters around the perimeter of the buildings; trimming trees away from the roof; replacing complete sheet metal vent jacks including boiler chimney cap, domestic hot water chimney cap; removing moss buildup from the roof; repairing any damaged roof areas discovered during cleaning; repairing any damaged foam roofing areas; removing and resealing approximately 50 linear feet of sheet metal cap; abandoning 2 existing roof drains and properly sealing them; removing bricks from the building and installing new sheet metal scuppers and downspouts.
