Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and educational facility.
The project consists of the replacement of all existing exterior hollow metal doors and frames, all exterior envelope control joints and window sealants, replacing lintels, and other exterior upgrades as shown on the drawings. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be on a lump sum basis. Bidding documents may be examined at designated plan exchange locations or obtained electronically from specified suppliers. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid according to the instructions to bidders. There will be a pre-bid conference held at the project site, and attendance is suggested for all general contractors; other subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Question Deadline 03/17/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Architect, except Electrical questions shall be submitted to the Consulting Engineer, Morrissey Engineering. Questions received less than 48 hours before the bid opening that will affect project construction schedule or project cost cannot be answered.
