Reference Number 0000414181 The Oakland County Procurement Division, on behalf of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner, is requesting proposals for large scale Water Meter Interface Unit (MIU) endpoint change out. The purpose of this competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) is to promote and ensure the fairest, most efficient means to obtain the best value to Oakland County shall be assessed in accordance with the established evaluation criteria outlined in this RFP. Additionally, the WRC operates and maintains 190 facilities that include sewage pump stations, storm water detention facilities, well water supply facilities, water treatment plants, ground and elevated water storage tanks, pressure reducing valve and meter vaults, and booster pump stations.
