Any and all clarification questions pertaining to this IFB shall be submitted in writing through email to purchasing@oakland.k12.mi.us . July 1, 2026 Contract start date Any Contractor may withdraw their bid at any time prior to the opening of bids. All bids shall remain firm for acceptance for a period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days beyond the bid opening. The awarded Contractor shall honor the bid pricing for a period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days.
