Reference Number 0000414157 Questions are submitted online No Asphalt demolition and removal; Roadway construction; storm drain improvements; concrete sidewalk improvements, & encasements for future utilities. NOTE: All item bids are complete in place. The entire project shall be completed in one hundred fifty (150) calendar days A certified check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Prattville, Alabama, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany each of the bidder's separate sealed proposal. Check or bid bond shall be provided as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within fourteen (14) days after notice of award of Contract to them. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% performance bond and a 50% payment bond. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Alabama to act as surety. Contractors are required to apply for all permits (City of Prattville local permit fees will be waived). The City of Prattville is an equal opportunity employer. The right to reject any or all proposals or bids and to disregard any minor irregularities is reserved. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days from the date set for receiving the bids.
