Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Gretna, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,700-square-foot fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

*As of May 27, 2026 this project has been awarded to Arris General Contractors, Inc. for $1,188,748.03. This project consists of expanding the Fire Department building by 3,700 square feet to add three additional service bays and areas for equipment storage for the Citys Public Works Department. The existing building, which is not currently able to be occupied due to damage from Hurricane Michael, will be demolished to make room for the expansion and construction of a required stormwater management facility.
