Renovation of an industrial development in Norwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
1. Roof replacement & interior repairs of approximately 5,000 gross square feet. 2. The scope of work includes construction and specifications of a fully adhered EPDM system on Roof 11, 12, 17 / 17A & 7 as well as skylight removal and providing double leaf hatch doors at Roof 17. The scope of interior repairs includes demo & abate ceiling & floor finishes at the fourth-floor conference room, dental office, entry/ closet. Provide interior finishes for wall base & flooring, light fixtures and paint throughout. 3. The Authorities Having Jurisdiction for Threshold Projects, Non-Threshold Projects, and/or Connecticut State University System (CSUS) 2020 Projects, as defined by the Connecticut General Statutes, are the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) / Construction Services (CS) Office of State Building Inspector (OSBI) and Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM). Question Deadline 03/19/2026 All Project Questions, Bid Questions, and Pre-Bid Equals & Substitution Requests must be submitted fourteen (14) Calendar Days prior to the date of the Bid Opening. Invitation to bid for construction services for the Uncas on Thames Campbell Building roof replacement and interior repairs at 401 West Thames Street, Norwich, CT. All vendors may respond to this bid. Bids greater than $1,000,000 require the bidder to be currently prequalified. Specific prequalification requirements and other instructions are available in the Invitation to Bid, which can be downloaded from the DAS Construction Services Bid Board. Bidders should submit their quotes following the stated procedures and review all solicitation documents. The attendance list for the pre-bid site meeting and any addendums will be provided through the Bid Board. After the bid has closed, the bid tabulation and award documents will be made available on the same platform. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
