**As of June 10th, 2026, this project has been awarded to RWA Well Services LLC for $192,803. ** The scope of this contract is known as: "BOILER REPLACEMENT at: JOHN F. KENNEDY HEIGHTS II"; Norwich Connecticut for the Norwich Housing Authority, the "Owner," consisting of nine (9) separate buildings, eight (8) residential and one (1) laundry maintenance building, as follows; Buildings 1 and 8 - Duplex - Accessible Buildings 2 and 9 - Single Family Cottage Buildings 3 and 4 - eight (8) unit Townhouses Building 5 - Laundry/Maintenance Building 6 - eight (8) unit Townhouses Building 7 - ten (10) unit Townhouses The scope of the work shall specifically include, but not be limited to, the following. Refer to drawings and remaining specifications for full scope of work: 1. Removal of existing gas fired boilers and Installation of new high efficiency gas fired boilers, complete and including; thermostats, amenities and accessories. 2. Replacement of existing baseboard, including covers and backing plates. (Unit Price work). 3. Replacement of baseboard covers and backing plates. (Unit Price work).
