The services include preparation of construction contract plans for a deficient bridge in Crawford County with a project length of approximately 200 feet. The existing bridge is located on County Road 330 (Lincoln Highway), just west of the Village of Crestline. The project will replace the 2- span structure with a new single span concrete box beam bridge. Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant OH DOT - RFP Engineering - CRA-0330-19.98
