The scope of work is for the purchase of new and unused HON or equivalent office furniture and installation for Behavioral Health Resource Services in accordance with the provided specifications and requirements. All items must be delivered and assembled in a white glove manner. Interested bidders must review and complete Exhibit A, stating the manufacturer, part number, unit cost, and extended cost for each item. The furniture layout is specified in Exhibit B. Any exceptions to specifications or requirements must be submitted with the bid response on a separate sheet with a full explanation. Bidders must also review and submit a completed Exhibit C Local Vendor Preference Worksheet for consideration. Registration of the project to obtain better or exclusive pricing is prohibited and may lead to disqualification. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as required by law. Compliance with prevailing wage laws and regulations is required. The award will be made to the overall lowest bidder meeting specification requirements, with the possibility of partial awards to more than one vendor.
