Firm prime contractor bids are requested for the labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete the Siefert Elementary Bid Pack #2 Building Renovation Project. Bidding documents consist of plans and specifications prepared by French Associates. Bids must be submitted electronically via PreconSuite only, using forms supplied by the construction manager. Required bid documentation includes a completed proposal form, Familial Disclosure Statement, notarized Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, and Prevailing Wage (LEO) registration. Proposals exceeding $30,512.00 must include a bid bond or cashier's check for at least 5% of the proposal amount. Bids are to remain firm for sixty days. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must provide a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the bid, included in the proposal cost. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Question Deadline 03/05/2026 Should a bidder find discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from the Contract Documents, or should it be in doubt as to their true meaning, it shall notify the Architect or C.M. at once, or in any case not less than seven (7) days before the proposal due date.
