The project involves the supply and delivery of approximately 5,000 yards (more or less) of the following materials: decomposed granite, drilled and blasted granite, state grade road gravel, crushed blue rock, and 4” minus breaker rock (blue and red), with the latter needing approximately 3,000 yards (more or less). Pricing must include both delivery and pit price by the yard. Bids should also detail the cost delivered anywhere within the Town of Mayville when requested. Additionally, bids are requested for approximately 20,000 gallons of calcium chloride for dust control application in early spring. Sealed bids must be submitted, either by mail to the designated address or delivered at the meeting. The Town of Mayville Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
