The contract aims to select a contractor capable of performing various painting services as needed, whenever the department lacks available resources. The contract will be for a three-year period, with a contract value up to $500,000. General bidders must be certified by DCAMM as a Prime/General Contractor in Painting and must submit a valid Certificate of Eligibility with the bid.
