As of April 01, 2026, project was awarded to Northeast Asphalt Inc, awarded amount is $138,992.20. The work includes construction of approximately 680 linear feet of 8" water main including service relays, water construction staking; 440 linear feet of 8" and 10" sanitary sewer construction, 490 linear feet of 8" and 10" sanitary sewer CIPP lining, sanitary sewer lateral reconnections, 380 linear feet of pipe bursting sanitary sewer laterals, 590 linear feet of 21" storm sewer CIPP lining, 170 linear feet of 18" storm sewer construction including storm sewer lateral construction, inlet leads, storm sewer inlets; 1570 cubic yards of excavation, 1500 linear feet of curb and gutter, 480 cubic yards of 1 1/4" crushed aggregate base course, 510 cubic yards of breaker run, 510 tons of HMA pavement, and 4910 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway reconstruction; construction staking, and restoration. The work under this contract shall consist of asphalt milling, asphalt resurfacing, pavement epoxy markings, restoration, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the City of Green Bay, Wisconsin for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for closing bids.
