Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 33,588-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-story below grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The services to be done under the Contract shall consist of Construction Manager services for construction of an approximately 970 SM 3-bay fire paramedic station on approximately 1.34 acres. The major phases of the services to be provided by the Construction Manager are as follows: Pre-Construction Services Construction Services (including Post-Construction and Warranty) Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
