Work consists of providing multi-discipline architect-engineer services under a single-award, five-year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract with a total ceiling of $25,000,000. Services include the preparation of designs, plans, specifications, and reports for a broad range of projects, including Title I and Title II services, comprehensive master planning, engineering studies and investigations, new vertical construction design, major facility renovations, and the design of electrical, mechanical, civil, and other infrastructure systems. Projects will primarily support Edwards Air Force Base and its associated sites, and task orders issued under the contract will be firm-fixed-price. This acquisition will be conducted using Qualifications-Based Selection procedures under the Brooks Act and FAR Part 36.2, with firms evaluated on Standard Form 330 submissions. Location: Edwards Air Force Base, 5 E Yeager Blvd, Edwards, CA 93524. RFIs may be sent to the Contracting Team (Adam and Lucas). RFIs must be submitted by March 11th. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
