Renovation of an educational facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Boiler Burner, Control, and VFD's Replacement at MassArt North Building in Boston, MA. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: Replace the burner on a 350hp Cleaver-Brooks boiler, with a modern, efficient burner. The new burner must be equal to or exceed project manual specifications. A photo of the #1 boiler nameplate is included in this package. The control panel will be replaced on the #1 boiler. A photo of the old control panel is included in this package. All questions regarding bid documents must be submitted in writing to purchasing@massart.edu by March 9, 2026.
