Work under this contract shall begin on or before April 13, 2026 and be fully completed on or before May 31, 2026 Question Deadline 03/05/2026 Questions concerning this IFB should be directed to the City of Pittsfield Purchasing Agent up to five (5) business days before the time and date ofthe bid opening. The Work under the Contract consists ofremoval ofasbestos-containing materials, hazardous materials, building demolition and utility disconnects and site restoration work as designated in the Contract Documents for the following properties located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts: Base Bid 224-226 Fourth Street Alternate Bid 86 John Street All woik shall be performed by Massachusetts licensed Contractors in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. All costs associated with the above-described work as well as work described under the Contract shall be borne by the Contractor.
