The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP), acting on behalf of its participating members, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for various highway supplies and service categories for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, including Cold Patch among others. Bid packages are available on the BRGPP's OpenGov online procurement portal. Bids must be submitted through the portal and are subject to prevailing wage rates per Massachusetts General Laws. A 5% bid deposit is required unless otherwise specified. All bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for specified approved classes of work and their respective estimated values, as listed for categories such as Guard Rail Installed, Line Painting, Pavement Preservation Products, Chip Seal, Paving by region, Catch Basin Cleaning & Line Jetting, Tree Work, and Street Sweeping. The awarding authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and encourages minority and woman-owned businesses to submit bids.
