The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP) invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 for various highway supplies and service categories, including Pavement Preservation Products. Bids are to be submitted through the BRGPP's OpenGov online procurement portal. All bids for services are subject to prevailing wage rates as per Massachusetts laws, and a 5% bid deposit is required unless otherwise specified. Bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for the relevant classes of work and estimated values. The BRGPP and its participants reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in total or in part. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids, and all bids will receive consideration without discrimination. Vendors may offer products and services based on the municipalities’ location in Northern, Central, or Southern Berkshire County, or any combination of the three, to provide municipalities the lowest available prices while relieving municipal staff of bidding activities required under procurement laws.
