The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP), on behalf of its participating members, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 in the categories of highway supplies and services. These include aggregates and loam, cold patch, calcium and magnesium chloride, culvert products, guardrail delivered and installed, line painting, pavement preservation products, chip seal, hot mix asphalt, paving in various regions, winter rock salt, winter sand, pre-treat and treated winter salt, gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, liquid propane, catch basin cleaning and line jetting, tree work, and street sweeping. Bids must be submitted online by the deadline. All service bids are subject to prevailing wage rates by Massachusetts law, and a 5% bid deposit is required unless specified otherwise. Bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for certain classes of work and estimated values. The awarding authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids in part or in whole. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to bid, and all bids will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
