Sealed bids will be received for the 2023 County Aid Road Program for the County of Salem, Project #26-1491 BID#26-03. Bid Documents may be downloaded at the designated purchasing portal. Bidders are required to comply with requirements including Affirmative Action, Corporate Disclosure, New Jersey Business Registration, Public Works Contractor Registration, and Prevailing Wages. The successful contractor must submit Certified Payroll Forms. Each bidder must submit a Bid Security in the amount of 10% of their bid (not over $20,000.00) and a Consent of Surety with their bid. Proposals are solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2, et seq. Contractors are exempt from certain political contribution limitations, and refusal to disclose campaign contributions will not adversely affect consideration for award.
