Boyd Jones Construction, serving as Construction Manager on behalf of the Marshalltown Community School District, is soliciting Prime Contractor bids for the Miller Middle School Additions and Renovations Project located in Marshalltown, Iowa. Bids will be received on a hard-copy basis at the Marshalltown Community School District Offices for the bid packages listed below, in accordance with the Contract Documents, bidding requirements, and Instructions to Bidders. Construction Documents will be available to view at the Marshalltown Community Schools District Office, Beeline & Blue, Boyd Jones online planroom, and at the planrooms listed within the specifications All questions should be directed to Boyd Jones Construction Attn: Mitch Broekemeier via email (mbroekemeier@boydjones.biz).
