Site work for a water / sewer project in St Davids, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the purpose of watermain replacement in Fonthill. The scope includes watermain replacement along Canboro Road from Haist Street to Hwy 20 East (approximately 700m in length), Hwy 20 from Canboro Road to Pelham Street (approximately 170m in length), Church Hill from Hwy 20 West to Canboro Road (approximately 80m in length), and Moote Lane from Strathcona Dr N to Daleview Crescent (approximately 150m in length). The services required include the installation of new watermain, new hydrants, and new water services to each house along the route. Sanitary sewer replacement is also included along Pelham Street at the intersection of Hwy 20 (approximately 23m in length). The contractor is responsible for all traffic control, resident notification within the construction limits, notification when access will not be available, and full restoration of all disturbed areas in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards. Question Deadline: Wed Mar 11, 2026 10:00 AM (EDT) The work must proceed continuously to completion within ninety-five (95) working days.
